
Business Process Expert – SAP Order to Cash (SD/MM)
Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Process Expert to support and enhance SAP Order to Cash (SD/MM) processes. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external service providers (ESPs) to deliver high-quality business solutions and system enhancements. You will play a key role in driving process improvements, validating IT solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
What You Will Do
Organize and execute activities required to deliver high-quality business process specifications and solution designs.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements.
Create, challenge, and validate business cases to support process and system improvements.
Collaborate with External Service Providers (ESPs) in designing and implementing IT solutions.
Validate solution designs and ensure alignment with business requirements and architecture standards.
Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), rollout activities, and handover to operations teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for Commercial Order Fulfillment processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different regions and cultures.
Manage project timelines, priorities, risks, and deliverables effectively.
What You Will Need
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Business Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT applications management.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), including multiple full-cycle implementations and SAP S/4HANA exposure or implementation experience.
Good understanding of related business functions such as Finance, Materials Management (MM), Export Control & License Management, Reporting, and application integration.
Experience in gathering business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and supporting solution implementation.
Knowledge of solution architecture and experience collaborating with external service providers and cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills, with the ability to manage priorities, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
Experience working in Agile project environments and adapting to changing business priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and IT teams in remote, multi-disciplinary, and multicultural environments.
Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, Machine Learning (ML), and Low-code platforms is an added advantage.
Semiconductor industry experience will be an added advantage.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
