Finance Excellence Specialist
Job Description
Role Main Purpose:
Ensuring the financial integrity of the Clubs, especially in relation to their liquidity management, by monitoring cash balances and their ongoing contractual commitments. The role also includes ensuring the effective use of fixed support and government funding through monthly reviews, as well as overseeing the compliance of conditional approvals and settlement agreements.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Monitor cash and bank balances
- Monitor ongoing contract commitments and secured revenues
- Monthly review usage of fixed support and other government funding
- Detect and report violations
- Monitor conditional approvals and settlement agreements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field. Professional certification in accounting and/or finance
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and/or financial reporting
Knowledge & Skills:
- Demonstrable expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrate an exceptionally eagerness to learn and lead
- Good knowledge in managing large data sets
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
