The Project Coordinator, Family Advancement position exists to assist with projects for the Communications team of Family Advancement, who develop print and digital donor engagement pieces, as well as donor events, to assist donor representatives in raising funds for Focus on the Family. Coordinates and assists with projects, event planning, donor mailings, data analysis and problem-solving, research, and product purchases.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Coordinates aspects of preparation and follow-up for FA Donor Events
Collaborates with the Data Services team to verify constituent data for communication pieces and events
Maintains quality of constituent data in the Salesforce database
Tracks event and mailing projects through Aprimo project management software
Provides administrative support to the Executive Director of Family Advancement
Places orders for components of donor communication pieces
Maintains recurring donor communication processes
Stays current with Focus programs and communication best practices to assess if donor communication pieces are representing the ministry accurately
Other Duties/Responsibilities:

Knowledge/Experience:
1-3 years of directly related experience
Proficient in computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
Experience using Salesforce and project management software (Aprimo) preferred

Excellent organizational and time management skills
Detailed and task oriented with good analytical skills to extract, verify, and draw conclusions from data
Ability to maintain a sense of perspective with humor under pressure and when confronted with shifting priorities

Pay Range: $18.65 to $21.99
