Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist – Talent Adviser to support recruitment operations and employee onboarding processes in US and in Canada. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, solutions-driven, and capable of managing stakeholder relationships effectively while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of communication for candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate new hire requirements across internal teams to ensure smooth, timely, and compliant onboarding
- Improve and maintain recruitment process documentation and assist in training team members
- Identify process inefficiencies within recruitment and project workflows, and recommend practical solutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, focused, and motivated
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willing to work onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati three (3) days per week
