Job Description
The Manager, Workplace Platforms is responsible for defining and executing the strategy, delivery, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise workplace platforms, including contact centre solutions (Genesys, Touchpoint, Teams Voice), collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence), and productivity services (Microsoft 365). This role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of these platforms, ensuring they are secure, scalable, resilient, and aligned with business objectives and evolving workforce needs. Through close partnership with business and technology stakeholders, the role drives platform adoption, optimisation, and integration to enhance employee experience, enable enterprise transformation, and improve organisational productivity.
