Senior Research Associate - AR&D

Job Description

Analytical method development & Validation by HPLC, GC, KF, Potentiometer etc. as per requirement. Perform the analysis of the samples of different projects by using HPLC, GC, KF, UV, IR, Potentiometer, Polarimeter etc.

1. Perform the analysis of the samples of different projects by using HPLC, GC, KF, UV, IR, Potentiometer, Polarimeter etc.

2. Perform wet lab analysis like water content, titrations and ROI etc.

3. Calibration of the analytical lab instruments and equipment’s HPLC, GC, KF, UV, IR, Potentiometer, Polarimeter, oven and melting range apparatus etc.

4. Preparation of analytical method validation protocols and reports of different projects.

5. Preparation of specification and STPs, Master calibration schedule, and method development reports as per the requirement.

6. Provide the analytical results / updates to meet project timelines.

7. Analysis of stability and hold time study samples.

8. Handling & troubleshooting of HPLC, GC, Potentiometer, KF, IR, Polarimeter instruments and wet analysis.

9. Analytical method development & Validation by HPLC, GC, KF, Potentiometer etc. as per requirement

10. Provide the support for plant investigations and trouble shootings.

11. Calibration of the lab instruments like HPLC, GC, KF, IR, UV, Polarimeter and analytical balances etc. and reviewing of calibration data.

12. Preparation and maintaining of the reagents and standardize the volumetric solutions.

13. Online documentation and maintain laboratory records, column, standard usage & instrument usage log books.

14. Maintain and qualification of reference standards as per SOP.

15. Keep the work area clean and auditable all the time.

16. Following the safety practice in lab like wearing of PPE like Goggles, hand gloves and lab coats etc.

17. Documents preparation like, change annexure, QRA, CCF, Lab incidence, and other documents
