Lead and support internal control initiatives that improve governance, standardization, efficiency and control effectiveness
Coordinate and perform internal control reviews and testing activities, focusing on both compliance and improvement opportunities
Monitor compliance with internal control policies and procedures
Work closely with business and process owners to strengthen awareness, control design, and execution
Participate in risk assessments and scoping exercises to ensure that key risks are proactively identified and addressed
Promote awareness and understanding of internal control principles across the organization
Deliver training and guidance to stakeholders as needed
Prepare reports and updates for management and relevant committees
