Job Description

Position : Executive Assistant II
Department : Various Clinical Departments
Cluster : Kowloon West Cluster (Caritas Medical Centre / Kwai Chung Hospital / North Lantau Hospital / Princess Margaret Hospital / Yan Chai Hospital)
Pay : HK$19,764 - HK$24,023 per month
 

Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

 

Key Responsibilities :
1. Assist medical and nursing team in carrying out administrative, secretarial and clerical duties which related to clinical
 services under supervision.
2. To assist data collection, data input, data analysis and compilation of statistics report and to prepare statistical tables, graphs and charts.
3. Assist the preparatory works to facilitate daily operation on patient admissions / transfers, out-patient clinics, patient education classes and patient support group activities.
4. Filing and tracking of documents to facilitate the day-to-day duty on wards and clinics.
5. Assist in service evaluation includes conducting research.
6. Prepare and draft documents such as patient education pamphlets and presentation power point.
7. Handle counter duties including collecting hospital fees and handle public and patient enquiries.
8. Communicate with patient and related parties within and outside hospital.
9. Assist in office management, coordinate meetings/ programmes/ daily activities.
10. Perform other assigned stock keeping, asset management and clerical duties for the department.
11. May be required to work in different locations.
12. Perform any other duty as assigned by ward supervisor.

 

Entry Requirement:
1. University Graduates; OR
2. F.5/ S.5 with:
 (a) HKCEE 5 passes incl. Eng (Syl. B) & Chin; or
 (b) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below:
 (i) Level 2 in Eng & Chin; and
 (ii) Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ "Attained" in Applied
 Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category)/ Grade E in Other Language subjects
AND diploma in a specialized function.

 

Preferable Attributes / Exposure:
1. Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills, pleasant and mature personality with strong analytical sense.
2. Able to work independently and under pressure.
3. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
4. High proficiency in PC skills with good knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access. Chinese word processing
 and other common office automation (including email, internet / intranet etc.).
