We’re seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to deliver high-level executive support to the EGM Transformation. Your contribution will include efficient administrative support for the EGM Transformation, ensuring the ways of working are optimised by working closing with leadership, making a difference and collaborating with the Transformation team and other business units. If you excel at organisation, communication, attention to detail, high level of written and verbal communication, and stakeholder management, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact at the highest level. This is a permanent full-time role based in Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland) at our NZI Centre.
Ngā Mahi Hei Whakatutuki Māu | What You'll Do
• Administration and Office Management including comprehensive diary, inbox and travel management
• Ownership of EGM and Leadership Team meetings, Team days and offsite meetings
• Communications and presentations as required by the EGM
• Maintain the business unit cost centre, including budget forecasting
• Own and participate in projects, including one-off approved projects
• Manage events for the department end to end
• Manage the governance and risk requirements for

• Solid experience in a similar Executive Assistant Role (minimum 5 years)
• Experience supporting an EGM of Transformation is highly regarded
• Strong word processing, presentation and spreadsheet skills as well as advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in applications such as Sharepoint, OneNote, Teams and SAP – or equivalent
• Effective workload management and timely delivery of commitments
• Trusted to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
• Goal focused and continually looking for process improvements.
• Strong prioritisation, time management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
