Job Description
What will be your responsibilities?
Market & Product Data Management
- Collect, organize, and analyze market data relevant to OEMs and assigned customers.
- Assist in tracking market share and identifying potential business opportunities by product category.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data on OEM product offering (new product, product replacement, product bill of materials).
Commercial Support & Coordination
- Support the Parts Product Manager in preparing sales forecasts, reports, and analysis.
- Assist in drafting commercial proposals and developing pricing strategies.
- Follow up on supplier and customer requests, ensuring timely and efficient responses (PSSO).
- Provide support to local entities in product knowledge & specifications, parts referencing and obsolete product updates.
Back-Office Operations
- Manage documentation for supplier agreements, product catalogs, and technical specifications.
- Follow-up on parts sales, and request additional OEM discount when required.
- Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly reports and ensuring channel requirements are met.
OEM & Supplier Relations Support
- Assist in organizing meetings and presentations with OEMs.
- Assist in Preparing detailed reports on performance and market trends
- Monitor and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and agreements.
