Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Partner With Leaders to Drive Business Results

  • Serve as the primary HR partner for operational and functional leaders to include our distribution center and sales office.
  • Coach managers through employee relations matters, performance conversations, development planning, and organizational challenges.
  • Support workforce planning, staffing strategies, and team effectiveness initiatives.
  • Help leaders strengthen accountability, communication, and overall leadership capability.

Build Credibility & Trust

  • Establish a visible and approachable HR presence across multiple locations.
  • Build strong relationships with employees and leaders through responsiveness, consistency, and follow-through.
  • Help strengthen the perception of HR as a trusted business partner and problem solver.
  • Drive a culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, engagement, and respect.

Improve Processes & Drive Operational Excellence

  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR and operational processes for efficiency.
  • Partner cross-functionally to solve problems and implement practical solutions.
  • Use data, trends, and employee feedback to recommend improvements and drive action.
  • Help create structure, consistency, and scalable HR practices in a growing environment.

Support the Employee Experience

  • Lead employee relations investigations and workplace issue resolution with professionalism and fairness.
  • Support onboarding, engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to support recruiting and staffing efforts.
  • Assist in driving performance management and development conversations.

Ensure Compliance & Strong HR Execution

  • Maintain compliance with employment laws, policies, and HR practices.
  • Support audits, reporting, documentation, and HR operational processes.
  • Partner with HR leadership to implement enterprise-wide initiatives and programs.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in an HR Generalist, HRBP, or HR Manager capacity.
  • Strong employee relations and manager coaching experience.
  • Ability to influence leaders and navigate difficult conversations with confidence and professionalism.
  • Experience supporting fast-paced operational environments such as distribution, logistics, manufacturing, retail, or warehouse operations preferred.
  • A process improvement mindset with the ability to identify gaps and recommend practical solutions.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • High level of professionalism, business acumen, and emotional intelligence.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
