Your impact

 

Reporting to the Team Lead, Technical Training, you will administer training records, deliver reports, collaborate with department heads, gather feedback, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage annual training calendar to enhance training programs effectively.

 

As part of our team you will also 

 

  • Maintain accurate records of all training activities, including attendance, assessments, and certifications
  • Create and provide regular reports on training outcomes and effectiveness
  • Liaise closely with department heads and supervisors to evaluate training needs and execute tailored programs
  • Execute all training programs to adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies
  • Plan schedule, maintain attendance.

 

Prerequisites for your success in the role 

 

  • At least 3–5 years’ experience in administrative, coordination, or support roles (L&D, HR, education, or operations preferred)
  • Experience maintaining accurate training records (calendars, attendance, evaluations, compliance documentation)
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume enquiries with strong customer service
  • Strong interpersonal skills with effective workload prioritisation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience supporting end-to-end administration (purchase orders, invoicing, resource management, event/meeting coordination)
  • Exposure to regulated or compliance-focused industries (e.g., mining, healthcare, government) desirable
  • Intermediate–advanced Microsoft skills including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) for enrolments, tracking and reporting
  • SAP/SuccessFactors experience desirable
  • High-accuracy data entry and maintenance of training databases
  • Proficient in SharePoint and OneDrive for collaboration and document control
  • Experience using booking/scheduling tools for training resources and logistics (rooms, calendars)
  • Full working rights in Australia (mandatory).

This permanent site-based position at Boddington mine and will be offered on a drive in drive out basis working 5 days on, 2 days off, 4 days on, 3 days off.
