Job Description
What you will do
- Provide expert-level support and guidance to operations teams, ensuring timely resolution and knowledge transfer.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of high-severity network incidents involving MPLS, IPSEC, and VRF.
- Configure and maintain APIC controllers, Nexus 9000 switches, and spine-leaf topology.
- Manage lifecycle activities including device upgrades, patches, and failover testing.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and propose preventive measures.
- Develop automation scripts using Python/Ansible for ACI operations.
- Monitor ACI health, fabric utilisation, and proactively address anomalies using APIC dashboards, SNMP, and Syslog.
- Maintain accurate documentation including network diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with security and operational standards and participate in change management processes.
- Interface with vendors for support and escalation of hardware/software issues.
