As Planning & Enablement Manager within the Digital & Channel Engineering team, you’ll sit at the heart of decision making, turning strategy into practical, achievable plans that leaders trust. You’ll bring order to competing priorities, strengthen planning discipline, and help teams focus on what matters most. This is a role for someone who enjoys connecting people, ideas, and outcomes, and who takes pride in creating planning rhythms and insights that genuinely enable better decisions and delivery.
This is a permanent full-time role based in multiple locations across Australia.
What You'll Do
- Lead end to end planning, enablement, and prioritisation activities that support short, medium, and longer term delivery commitments.
- Shape clear intake and prioritisation processes that balance customer outcomes, regulatory needs, risk, and delivery capacity.
- Partner closely with senior leaders to provide clear narratives, options, and recommendations that support confident decision making.
- Lead and develop a team responsible for planning, governance, enablement, and delivery insights.
- Establish strong planning cadences, forums, and artefacts that improve transparency, accountability, and delivery confidence.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning practices, tools, and ways of working to lift maturity and efficiency.
What You'll Bring
- Experience leading planning, enablement, or portfolio activities in complex organisational environments.
- Strong people leadership skills with a focus on clarity, capability building, and trust.
- Ability to translate strategy into practical plans and prioritised actions.
- Confidence influencing and advising senior stakeholders across competing priorities.
- Clear communication skills that simplify complexity and support better outcomes.
