Executive Assistant I (Health Information and Records)
Job Description
Department/Hospital: Health Information and Records Department, United Christian Hospital
Pay: HK$24,191 - HK$28,623 per month
Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide executive and administrative support for the daily operation of the following functional teams under the Department:-
- Medical Report Office
- Admission Office (Registration Counter)
- Death Documentation Office
- Medical Records Stores
- Cluster Information Security and Privacy Office
- Cluster Statistics Office
2. Support medical records management related duties.
3. Coordinate and organize meetings, programs and activities.
4. Assist in conducting audits, data collection and compilation of reports.
5. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Entry Requirements:
1. University Graduates with experience; OR
2. Has obtained a diploma in a specialized function with relevant working experience and completed F.5/ S.5 with:
(a) 5 subjects passed in HKCEE including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language, or equivalent; OR
(b) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below:
(i) Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language, and
(ii) Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category)/ Grade E in Other Language subjects;
or equivalent
Preferable Attributes:
1. Good PC skill in MS Office, Chinese word processing, PowerPoint, Excel & Access
2. Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
3. Knowledge of other dialects (e.g. Mandarin)
4. Self-motivated, responsible and attentive to details
5. Able to work independently and under pressure
6. Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
