The role will be based in New York with the expectation of a hybrid work model.
PineBridge Investments is seeking a Contract Leveraged Loans Operations Associate to provide support for our Leverage Loans team.
Primary Responsibilities:
Trade Settlement: Collaborate with Traders, Portfolio Managers (PMs), and external counterparties to settle bank loan trades accurately and timely.
Loan Middle Office: Assist with loan processing, trade updates, and other MO tasks.
Data Management: Assist with KYC, Tax, Audits, and data integrity.
Assist with ad hoc projects.
Calculate and interpret investment performance metrics, such as total return, attribution analysis, benchmark comparisons, and risk-adjusted measures.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with Syndicated Bank Loans: Understanding of the structure, documentation, lifecycle of syndicated loans, and trade settlement.
Strong Attention to Detail: Ability to manage loan documentation and transactions.
Familiarity with Performance, Attribution, and Client Reporting
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
