
Strategic Account Manager
Job Description
Acquire and maintain selected Accounts with repeatable, high volume and profitable business growth potential. Execute Moxa’s European Account Go to Market strategy relating to both Accounts and Vertical Markets and control and measure its success with appropriate KPI’s.
- Achieve and exceed sales Quota and business targets of assigned Strategic Accounts.
- Execute assigned critical tasks in the Strategic Account Go-to-Market strategy and make suggestions towards strategy improvement, as identified. Constantly monitor the effectiveness of the strategy, identify white spots or improvement potential and suggest and implement agreed corrective measures as required. This includes hunting for new high potential / Strategic Accounts.
- Effectively sell Moxa products and services to selected direct and indirect Strategic Accounts.
- Deliver quality results on assigned tasks and achieve agreed KPI’s.
- Monitor and report requirements and market demand of Strategic Accounts and influence internal stakeholders to meet Account needs in term of Products and Services.
- Embrace and operate in accordance with Moxa’s core values.
- Work in good collaboration with the Channel Sales Team to support a win-win relationship with Distributors and secure a climate of trust and mutual respect in order to fully satisfy and serve the Strategic Accounts.
- Work in good collaboration with Global Account teams (RAS and GPSS), Marketing, FAE, Finance and BDM teams to ensure Account penetration success.
- Influence Moxa’s strategy by participating to relevant task forces and providing vision about Vertical Markets including sub-segments and ecosystem, Strategic Accounts, competition as well as key applications that could support Moxa growth.

Bachelor's degree in engineering; or equivalent combination of education and experience. |

• 8 years of working experience • 5 years of sales experience • Familiar with European business practice and strategic account development • Experience in Industrial Automation infrastructure is an advantage. • Experience in Railway, Power or Factory Automation business or field application is an advantage • Proven success in account prospecting, sales funnel generation and value added sales techniques to decision makers |

Fluent (written and spoken) in English. A further European language is an advantage. |
