WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THIS ROLE
You will support the planning and controlling activities of MOL Group’s M&S Finance and HR Controlling teams, contributing to value creation across the organization. You will take part in preparing monthly closing, budget and business plan materials using analytics, charts and reports. You will support reporting processes, data quality checks and the automation of finance and HR controlling reports. Working closely with Group Finance Business Partners and international teams, you will help coordinate information flow across functions and countries. Over time, you will gain a solid understanding of performance management, controlling processes and financial decision‑making in a multinational environment.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOUR BACKGROUND:
👍 Your Background: A fresh graduate, have your master’s degree economics.
👍 Your Personality: Curious, confident, communicative, proactive and have a result-driven attitude when tackling unusual problems
👍 Team Player: Believe that teamwork and collaboration make the community strong
👍 Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in any other language is considered an asset.
👍 Tech Savvy: Excellent computer skills (PowerPoint), and a willingness to work in an international environment.
